Meet Tim

Hi! I’m Tim Roberts, the face of Peerless Investments LLC. I’ve been involved with purchasing, rehabbing, renting, and selling properties since 1993.

I grew up in Sand Springs OK, but I’ve called Northwest Arkansas home since 1991, except for a two-year stint in Des Moines IA in the late 1990s.

I’m dedicated to my family – my wife Susan and children Emilie and TJ.

Susan and I believe in giving back to our community. So we have provided financial support to several charities in Northwest Arkansas. Among those we have supported in the past are Miracle League of Arkansas, CASA of Northwest Arkansas, Northwest Arkansas Children’s Shelter, Samaritan House Community Center, BBBS of Northwest Arkansas, Sunshine School & Development Center, and 99 Balloons.

One of my core values is a commitment to being a better version of myself in the future than I am today. As part of this commitment, I do my best to focus on being Thankful, Kind, Happy, Healthy, and Generous.
